Residents Odin & Platurn will be joined by Shortkut, a member of 3 of the most influential DJ crews in history: The Invisibl Skratch Piklz, Beat Junkie Sound & The Triple Threat DJs. As a seasoned veteran in battle DJ competitions, he is responsible for birthing new techniques & innovations to the turntablist culture, while maintaining dance floors internationally, playing music spanning countless genres.
This mid-week mixer is served up alongside food and drink specials so come together and GET DOWN!

DJ Shortkut
Versatile and Accomplished. DJ Shortkut is driven by passion for every genre of music that started in San Francisco in 1987 as a mobile DJ, progressing on to competing in World DJ championships since 1993.
Shortkut, is a member of 3 of the most influential DJ crews in history: The Invisibl Skratch Piklz, Beat Junkie Sound & The Triple Threat DJs. As a seasoned veteran in battle DJ competitions, he is responsible for birthing new techniques & innovations to the turntablist culture, while maintaining dance floors internationally, playing music spanning countless genres.
Having travelled an average of 20+ countries annually, his performances include renowned events such as: Coachella, Bonnaroo, Outside Lands, The Boiler Room, The Do-Over, a residency on Damian Marley’s Welcome to Jamrock Reggae Cruise and numerous festivals around the world.
On the day of Hip Hop’s 50th Anniversary, Shortkut will also be inducted into the Bay Area Hip Hop Hall of Fame. He is also the official opening DJ for L.L. Cool J’s “Force Tour”, alongside legendary artists The Roots, De La Soul, DJ Jazzy Jeff and Rakim, touring 19 cities nationwide. -
DJ Odin
DJ Odin was born and raised in London, England on a diet of Punk, Funk, Soul, Jazz, Hip Hop, Reggae and Dancehall. His first DJ residency started at just 17 years old at the legendary Black Sheep Bar. He was also a resident at The Get Down, London’s ever popular and now longest running weekly club night! Over the following 2 decades he went on to spin in bars, clubs, arenas, stadiums and festivals across Europe and North America. Some highlights include Glastonbury, iTunes Festival, Notting Hill carnival, Staples Centre LA, Barclays Centre Brooklyn, YouTube HQ, X Factor Italy, Canada VMAs, Cannes film festival and Ibiza.
His skills on the turntables have seen him tour DJ for numerous multiple platinum recording artists as well as appearing on Good Morning America in NY and The Late Late show in LA.

A 28 year veteran of the music industry, Platurn has traveled the world many times over bringing quality music to multiple corners of the globe. With a client list that includes Red Bull, Netflix, Toyota, HBO, Adidas, Pixar, Puma, Hulu, Monster Cable, MTV, and the Golden State Warriors (to name a few), he’s built a reputation as a music man with vision plus a deep sense of community, and in turn preserving crucial aspects of DJ and music culture. Founder of Platurn Productions, The 45 Sessions, & the Oakland Faders, Platurn has solidified himself as a force to be reckoned with in the ever changing entertainment industry landscape. -
