Originally from Kingston, Jamaica, childhood polio survivors, Lascelle “Wiss” Bulgin, Albert “Apple Gabriel” Craig and Cecil “Skelly” Spence, founded one of the most successful reggae harmony groups in the 1970s. Today, Bulgin continues the legacy of Israel Vibration, touring worldwide with now backing band Roots Radics.
